Contractor Learning Solutions may receive information you provide when you contact us, request training information, or communicate with us by email. This may include your name, email address, company, training interests, and the details of your request.
How We Use Information
We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, identify training needs, improve planned offerings, and communicate about Contractor Learning Solutions services. We do not sell personal information.
Website and Analytics Data
We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand website visits and how visitors use the site. These services may collect page views, scroll and interaction activity, referral sources, general device and browser information, approximate location, interest in training categories, and whether an inquiry was completed successfully. They may use cookies or similar identifiers to provide these measurements. Inquiry-form content is designated for masking in Clarity so submitted field values are not intentionally captured in session recordings. Analytics data helps us improve the website and understand which training information is most useful.
Third-Party Services
Google and Microsoft process analytics data under their own privacy terms. Future course enrollment, payment, learning-management, or form services may also process information under their own privacy policies. Applicable providers will be identified when those services are added.
Browser Controls
You may limit or delete cookies through your browser settings. Google also provides browser tools for opting out of Google Analytics measurement. Disabling analytics cookies does not prevent you from viewing the website or submitting a training inquiry.
